Shipping
It is not possible to have fireworks shipped as this is prohibited by law. You can only collect fireworks from us in the store during the sale/collection days.
Returns
Fireworks cannot be returned under any circumstances. Once the fireworks have been handed over to the consumer, we are not allowed to take them back. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
Cancellations
You can cancel your fireworks order up to 3×24 hours after placing the order, but no later than 5 working days before the pick-up date you have chosen. (For more information, please see our terms and conditions.). Due to the prior reservation of the fireworks with the supplier and the separate storage of the order, we cannot deviate from this.
If you want to cancel your order and your order meets the conditions for cancellation, please send an email with the request to cancel with your email address and order number to info@vuurwerland-zaandam.nl.
